Job summary

Iona Senior Services in Washington, DC seeks a Development Operations Manager to optimize fundraising operations, donor data integrity, and revenue reporting. You will coordinate gift processing, CRM governance, and collaboration with Finance and leadership to strengthen the donor pipeline.

Ideal candidate has nonprofit fundraising experience, strong analytics, and supervisory skills, with proficiency in Virtuous CRM and Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience, including data analysis.
• Advanced working knowledge of Virtuous CRM or similar fundraising databases (e.g., Raiser’s Edge).
• Experience supervising or developing part-time staff, interns, contractors, or volunteers.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and handle confidential donor information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and maintenance of the fundraising database and donor records.
• Ensure complete giving history, donor activity, outreach, and communication preferences.
• Maintain CRM policies and documentation and manage volunteer data in the CRM.
• Oversee gift processing, acknowledgments, and revenue tracking with Finance.
• Serve as primary liaison to Finance for monthly revenue reconciliations and reporting.
• Create and run CRM reports and dashboards for fundraising staff and leadership.
• Support donor segmentation and list preparation for campaigns and events.
