Job summary

Better Housing Coalition seeks a Fund Development Manager, Operations & Data to oversee the donor CRM, gift processing, and data integrity across campaigns. You will generate dashboards, support audits, and coordinate events, while empowering frontline fundraisers with timely data and reporting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management or related field and 3–5 years in development operations, with strong Excel and Bloomerang experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in nonprofit management, finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in advancement or fund development operations.
• Experience with donor CRM platforms required.
• Experience with financial reconciliation or revenue reporting preferred.
• Strong analytical, data, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and donor CRM software (Bloomerang is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversee gift entry, receipting, and data integrity in the donor CRM.
• Generate dashboards and reports tracking fundraising progress.
• Coordinate gift processing, grant reporting, and revenue reconciliation with Finance.
• Provide administrative support for fundraising events and donor communications.
• Support frontline fundraisers with data, reporting, and project management.
• Manage cross-functional project timelines within External Affairs & Fund Development.
