Job summary

Patten Free Library is seeking a Campaign Coordinator and Development Assistant to manage fundraising projects, capital campaigns, grants, donor stewardship, reporting, and events. The role works with the Development Director and Campaign Advisor to move initiatives from concept to completion, requiring fundraising experience and strong organizational skills.

This part-time position (approximately 15 hours/week) reports to the Development Director and runs for the duration of the capital

Qualifications

• Nonprofit fundraising experience preferred.
• Grant research, writing, and reporting experience preferred.
• Experience planning fundraising or community events preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support donor cultivation, stewardship, and engagement opportunities.
• Maintain campaign records, gifts, pledges, and progress.
• Manage grant applications, tracking, and reporting.
• Plan and execute donor events in partnership with leadership.
• Develop donor communications and monthly newsletters.
