Responsibilities

• Communicate with students, alumni, families, donors, staff, and visitors
• Update and maintain spreadsheets and donor databases
• Draft correspondence including emails, letters, and thank you notes
• Assist with fundraising events and campaign administration
• Track donor information and manage follow-up outreach
• Support administrative projects related to development and fundraising initiatives
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling meetings
• Coordinate catering and event setup
• Process and reconcile expense reports
