Job summary

National Seating & Mobility is seeking a Funding Director to oversee all aspects of the Funding Department and lead the Funding Leadership Team within the territory, ensuring timely and compliant funding processes.

You will develop training materials, manage the team of Funding Specialists, coordinate with senior leaders, and drive performance metrics while maintaining high levels of quality and compassion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to review, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, work instructions and governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Funding Department's performance and timeliness.
• Develop training materials and progress reporting.
• Lead Funding Leadership Team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate with DVPs, RADs, and Branch Leaders to ensure policy compliance.
• Manage payroll/administrative functions for direct reports.
