Job summary

National Seating & Mobility seeks a Funding Department leader to oversee all functions and lead the Funding Leadership Team across the territory. The role coordinates with DVPs, RADs, Branch Leaders, ATPs, and other leaders to ensure timely, policy-compliant funding processes.

The position emphasizes managing a team, developing training materials, and maintaining high-quality funding outcomes with a focus on timely completion and client care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Complex Rehab Technology Funding operations.
• 2 years of experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all aspects and functions of the Funding Department.
• Coordinates with leadership to ensure all funding procedures are completed timely and in accordance with policy.
• Manages training, mentoring, and career development of the Funding Specialist Team.
