Job summary

Nexamp is looking for a Real Estate & Title Operations Specialist to support real estate and title matters for Nexamp projects' third-party financing. You will coordinate deliverables, review title commitments, and work with lender counsel to keep financings on track.

You will collaborate across Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners, driving timely, accurate documentation and readiness across multiple transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, title, or property transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent transactions with accuracy and legal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver complete real estate requirements for project financing, ensuring documentation meets investor and company standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison for title and real estate issues, reviewing title commitments, proformas, ALTA surveys, and related documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Drive resolution of title defects by managing external partners and internal teams to act promptly and align with Nexamp’s interests.
• Identify and escalate title, survey, and site-control risks that could delay or prevent funding, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Communicate clear, actionable next steps to Portfolio Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support timely delivery of complete and compliant real estate packages.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Legal, Portfolio Operations, Finance, Capital Markets, and external partners to maintain project timelines and proactively address real estate challenges.
• Review real estate and title documentation, including resolutions, affidavits, estoppels, and title policies, with high accuracy and alignment to standards.
• Own real estate financing-readiness tracking across assigned projects, maintaining visibility into status, dependencies, risks, and required next steps.
• Track and report progress on deliverables using internal systems and databases.
• Represent Nexamp professionally with lender counsel, title companies, and financing partners to build trust during complex transactions.
• Help standardize and improve workflows, templates, trackers, and playbooks to support repeatable execution across financings.
