Job summary

Astreya is seeking a funding analyst to manage daily operational tasks across multiple platforms and dashboards. You will track tickets, contracts, and PRs, ensuring alignment with SLA timelines and funding progress. You will also document status updates and coordinate follow-ups on requisitions.

The role emphasizes meticulous records, cross-functional collaboration, and timely escalation when issues arise. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training.
• Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and processes.
• Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, and customers.
• Experience solving practical problems and handling a variety of concrete variables with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Proficiency across Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools with the ability to quickly master new software and workflows.
• Heads-on experience with TEMS and ERP tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, Ariba).
• Experience using enterprise ticketing platforms (Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Strong financial & analytical skills to interpret contracts, analyze invoices, and FX variances.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Self-motivated with strong project ownership, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track, manage, and complete assigned tickets, contracts, and purchase requisitions.
• Filter and prioritize daily workloads by reviewing dashboard queues for tickets, contracts, and requisitions.
• Monitor active tickets and provide updates based on SLA thresholds.
• Maintain documentation in tickets with current status notes, even when milestones aren’t reached.
• Oversee active contracts in the funding queue and ensure weekly notes reflect funding progress.
• Review contracts with approved PRs, ensuring proper tying and approvals.
• Execute immediate system updates once PRs are approved.
• Conduct proactive follow-ups on pending requisitions according to urgency.
