Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the United States, Arizona, to ensure contracts are executed on both vendor and client sides with accuracy. You will perform quality reviews and manage risk in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a four-year degree and 2–5 years related experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle high volumes with attention to detail. Excellent English communication is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process contracts according to client policies
  • Assist in preparation of service termination processing via amendments
  • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents
  • Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining organized files
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract with all changes and schedules
  • Analyze and mitigate risk across contract activities
  • Other duties as required

Job description

The Contracts Administrator will ensure all contracts are executed both on the vendor and client side in a timely and accurate manner. The hire will also perform key quality reviews to reduce risk working in conjunction with other teams.

Scope: Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of moderate scope. Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects.

Your Roles and Responsibilities
  • Process contracts according to client policies
  • Participate in preparation of service termination processing via amendments
  • Maintain an internal database with pertinent information, including legal documents
  • Track authorizations and correspondence, maintaining detailed and organized files
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules
  • Analyze and mitigate risk

Required Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Builds productive internal and external working relationships
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Fluent in English language
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex information
  • Aptitude for technology and interest in learning/understanding systems & interpreting data
  • Accustomed to data input at high level of accuracy

  • 2-4 Years in the Execution of Contracts for large scale organizations

Salary Range $48,868.00 - $77,160.00 USD (Salary) Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit. Further, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position. Where an applicant or employee is placed on this range will depend and be contingent on objective, documented work-related considerations like education, experience, certifications, licenses, preferred qualifications, among other factors.
