STGi is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to support the Federal Occupational Health contract in Rockville, MD. The role is hybrid and involves basic accounts receivable, GAAP, and appropriation law knowledge to review IAA funding and generate billing reports for customers.

You will work with Account Analysts, Program Managers, and Operational leads to ensure funds availability and accurate cost reporting across FOH services. AAssociates degree or higher is required.

Formación

• One (1) year experience in customer service health related field or three (3) years’ experience in customer account management service.
• Proficient in EXCEL and MS Office; ability to learn and use new information systems such as FedHealth, STM, etc.
• Basic office equipment knowledge use (scanning, fax, printer, copier, etc…). MS Teams
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Trained in basic accounts receivable, GAAP, basic knowledge of appropriation law

Responsabilidades

• Assist Account Analyst in addressing funding issues and provide reports to customers.
• Review and recommend financial adjustments to customer funding based on actual services.
• Process financial adjustments to customer funding requests.
• Review customer funding proposals for FOH policy compliance.
• Monitor customer spending to ensure appropriate draw down against billing charges.
