STGi in Rockville, MD seeks a Case Review Specialist/Medical Assistant to support FOH on-site with hybrid telework after probation. The role coordinates exam scheduling, medical records processing, QA checks, and billing entries to ensure timely, accurate service delivery to federal agencies.

You will interact with clinics, FOH teams, and customers; maintain secure transmissions of RMOs, monitor workloads, and contribute to cost-recovery and data tracking.

Aufgaben

• Ensure exam scheduling requests are submitted timely and tracked.
• Retrieve exams for case review processing from FOH clinics and PPN clinics.
• Enter tickets for services performed at FOH clinics.
• Process exams with QA, track missing components, and route to RMO.
