Job summary

STGi is currently seeking a Clinical Account Executive to support our Federal Occupational Health (FOH) contract in Rockville, MD. The Account Executive collaborates with FOH service components to ensure seamless service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.

The AE coordinates with the Federal POC and CAM to arrange strategic meetings, gather requirements, and draft scope documents. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of FOH offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in account management in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Manages FOH customer relationships and strategic meetings.
• Coordinates service scope with CAM and SMEs.
• Ensures compliant documentation and IAAs.
• Monitors service performance and reports weekly progress.
• Represents FOH positively in client interactions.
