STGi is seeking an Administrative Medical Assistant to support the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) contract in Rockville, MD. The role focuses on timely collection of documents, data entry in FOH databases, and accurate billing entries while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

You will interact with internal and external stakeholders, generate reports, assist with training, and help ensure quality case reviews and efficient operations across MEP activities.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing and computer skills (MS Office).
• Able to work autonomously and follow directions.
• Strong customer service and interagency communication.

Responsabilités

• Participate in preparation for accreditation and ensure timelines.
• Enter case review data accurately and maintain documentation quality.
• Provide professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Generate program and customer reports as requested by management.
• Maintain electronic medical records in compliance with HIPAA and FOH policies.
