Tobii Dynavox is hiring an Interim Funding Consultant to coordinate the intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and rental orders. You will work with SLPs, insurers, government agencies and schools to ensure orders meet third-party payer criteria and are submitted accurately.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and occasional travel to the Pittsburgh office for team activities (about four times per year).

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or 2-4 years related experience.
• Background in health insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of orders.
• Work with SLPs, insurers, government agencies, and educational institutions.
• Review documents for third-party payer criteria.
• Track funding authorization cases to completion.
• Enter and manage orders in the order management system.
