Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a Valuation Analyst in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in Lincoln offices). The role oversees valuation of Lincoln Funds, vendor oversight, and SEC filings coordination within FAO. Strong collaboration with internal/external partners is essential to ensure accurate pricing and governance.

The candidate will participate in board materials, monitor pricing processes, and drive process improvements while staying current on market activities and GAAP/IFRS standards.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of financial reporting or fund accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Claude encouraged.
• Demonstrates ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements.
• Demonstrates strong relationship management with internal clients.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaborative style.
• Demonstrates strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Assure fund administration compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and GAAP.
• Maintain knowledge of strategic investment market activities and industry pronouncements.
• Stay current with technological innovations in administration.
• Participate in complex projects with valuation information for decision-making.
• Assist with due diligence of Pricing Vendors and valuation policies.
• Prepare and review Fund Administration Board Materials including quarterly valuation analysis.
• Review and monitor financial information for funds and data integrity.
• Work with management to implement process improvements and controls.
