Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Senior Director, Financial Reporting to lead regulatory filings for Lincoln Funds and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors. This role requires ensuring GAAP compliance and preparing board materials for strong governance.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with relocation not available, and a competitive pay range along with Lincoln’s total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Financial Reporting and/or Fund Accounting
• Experience with AICPA Audit and Accounting guide, Reg S-X, N-1A and N-2 disclosures
• Experience working with third-party administrator and independent audit firms
• Experience with preparing board materials and interaction with Mutual Fund Boards

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to staff in completing regulatory filings and monitor workloads
• Research accounting guidance for new products and initiatives related to Lincoln Funds
• Ensure compliance with Investment Company Act 1940 and GAAP
• Coordinate with External Auditor to update disclosures and obtain audit evidence
• Provide oversight of Legal, Compliance and Fund Management in presenting regulatory information in shareholder reports
