Lincoln Financial seeks a Senior Director, Financial Reporting for its FAO team to lead regulatory filings for the Lincoln Funds. You will coordinate with internal and external parties and direct preparation of board materials.

Role requires strong GAAP knowledge, leadership, and coordination with auditors, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in Lincoln offices) and relocation not provided. Salary range includes bonus potential and total rewards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to staff in regulatory filings, distribute work, train and review workloads to meet tight deadlines.
• Research accounting guidance for Lincoln Funds products and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Investment Company Act of 1940, GAAP, and securities laws.
• Collaborate with External Auditor to finalize financials and disclosures.
• Oversee internal partners (Legal, Compliance, Fund Management) and include regulatory information in shareholder reports.
• Assist in preparation and review of Fund Administration Board Materials.
• Stay current with market developments affecting the Funds and Lincoln.
• Drive process improvements and lead cross-functional projects for efficiency.
• Lead change management and strategic initiatives within the department.
