Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 4+ years of comparable work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience aligning with the responsibilities of the job.
• Familiarity with the SEC's EDGAR filing portal and related regulatory filing requirements.
• Familiarity with SEC filing and content management software.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Independent worker who can operate with decreasing supervision.
• Curious learner who seeks to continually update and improve.

Responsibilities

• Providing subject matter expertise in the preparation and processing of SEC filings.
• Participating in complex assignments to maintain, build, and enhance Lincoln's funds and adviser functions.
