Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join the FAO team. You will coordinate preparation and review of SEC financial data filings, ensuring timely and accurate disclosures across Lincoln Funds.

You will work with internal and external partners including legal, compliance and the fund accountant to ensure audit-ready financials and robust disclosures in line with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting and/or Fund Accounting.
• CPA license preferred.
• 4 year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Research accounting guidance for Lincoln Funds and product initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with the Investment Company Act and GAAP disclosures.
• Collaborate with External Auditor to finalize financials and disclosures.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Fund Management; manage deadlines.
