Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting or Fund Accounting.
• Experience with AICPA Audit and Accounting guide, Reg S-X, N-1A and N-2 disclosure preferred.
• Experience working with third-party administrator and independent audit firms preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; 4 years of experience may substitute.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research accounting guidance for newly developed products and company initiatives.
• Assure fund administration compliance with the Investment Company Act and GAAP.
• Coordinate with External Auditor to complete financials and disclosures.
• Provide oversight of internal parties (Legal, Compliance, Fund Management) and manage deadlines.
• Assist with preparation of Fund Administration Board Materials.
• Stay current with market activities and their impact on Funds and Lincoln.
• Explore updates in technology to improve administration efficiency.
• Participate in complex projects and provide actionable financial reporting information.
• Support change management and enterprise initiatives within responsibility areas.
