U.S. Bank seeks a fund operations professional to support daily financial and compliance activities for mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and related clients.

You will coordinate with investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and timely communication. The role emphasizes adherence to accounting principles, SEC/GAAP compliance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within regulatory deadlines while delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.

Mansioni

• Supports the day-to-day financial and compliance operations of a mutual fund, exchange-traded fund, closed-end fund and/or business development company client.
• Responsible for primary contact with fund clients including coordination of activities and communications of fund operations and service providers such as investment advisor, custodian, transfer agent, fund accountant, attorneys and auditors.
• Duties may include monitoring and/or reviewing a fund budget based on contractual agreements, fee proposals and expense activity trends.
• Help prepare and/or review financial statements for client shareholders and test/review portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
