Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) seeks an Assistant Director for Fund Management to monitor and reconcile financial aid accounts across PeopleSoft and Workday, coordinating with state and external systems to ensure timely scholarship disbursements.

You will prepare regular fund reports, support audits, and collaborate with DFAS, AVPEM, and the university community to provide data for annual financial reviews and to support enrollment funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and 3–5 years related professional experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience; credentials must be obtained prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile financial aid accounts across multiple systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, COD, G5).
• Verify fund transfers and ensure timely disbursement of scholarship funds.
• Prepare regular fund-related reports for DFAS, AVPEM and external stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and annual reports; respond to data requests from various offices.
