Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience in a Private Equity Fund or comparable institution.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Advanced knowledge of capital calls, distributions, and waterfall models.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day accounting and fund administration for multiple investment sponsors.
• Prepare and review workpapers, financial statements, and investor allocations.
• Lead a team of Staff Accountants and provide guidance on fund deliverables.
