U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to lead a team of accountants and support staff in accurate and timely processing, general ledger maintenance, and reporting for mutual funds.

You will train, motivate, and manage the workflow, schedule work hours, and assist with performance reviews while ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP principles. This role requires a base in a U.S. Bank location and a strong background in fund accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of accounting or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and records of mutual funds of varying complexity and produce end of day net asset value calculations.
• Prepare daily general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and portfolio processing; apply corporate actions and expense accruals.
• Collaborate with administrators, transfer agents, and custodians to ensure SEC and GAAP compliance; support audit and financial reporting.
