Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Accountant to support our Fund Accounting team. The role involves maintaining ledgers and records for funds, calculating daily NAV, and performing reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians. The successful candidate will work within SEC/GAAP frameworks.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30–5:30 Central; may shift to 9:00–18:00 based on hub. Location: Tempe, AZ or Milwaukee, WI with 3+ days on-site.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of accounting, reporting, and analysis.
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and records of mutual funds, ETFs, local government pools and closed-end funds.
• Prepare daily general ledger accounting and NAV calculations.
• Perform reconciliations with prime brokers and custodians; process corporate actions and expense postings.
• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and GAAP; support internal/external reporting.
