Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• One to two years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and accompanying reports to comply with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
