Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking an entry-level Client Service Representative to support client relationships in Fund Accounting and Alternatives. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, assisting in NAV production, investor reporting, and escalation management across product offerings.

A BA or equivalent is required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred. The position emphasizes accuracy, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to learn rapidly.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of relevant or industry experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization.

• Creative problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with to support client requests, deliverables and issue resolution.
• Effectively monitor and respond to client inquiries.
• Assist in activities that support the measurement of Client Service Standards across the various products BBH provides to our clients.
• Provide filtering and escalation for client requests.
• Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage and escalate client inquiries.
• Provide a timely response and solution to internal inquiries, escalating to Client Service Supervisor as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to all established standard procedures, best practices and process controls.
• Review and discuss issues requiring escalation with client service team.
• Coordinate and support NAV production and the preparation of investor statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to clients.
