Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. is seeking a Client Accounting Supervisor in the Alternatives group in Boston. You will lead a small team of Client Service Representatives, manage NAV packages, and work with external fund contacts to solve complex issues, including IRR and waterfall calculations.

You will mentor staff, support year-end audits, and help design new controls and processes while maintaining exceptional client service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Alternatives Fund Accounting or related field.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client service accounting team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review and approve NAV packages and allocations for various funds.
• Coordinate year-end audits and regulatory reporting support.
• Develop and implement internal controls and processes.
