Job summary

BBH is seeking a Senior Client Service Representative in Boston to support fund accounting, administration and custody services for assigned client relationships. The role focuses on delivering accurate operational support and client satisfaction.

Under supervision, you will assist with client inquiries, reporting, and escalation, while gaining knowledge in fund accounting or custody and building cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter under supervision and service assigned client relationships with oversight of Fund Accounting, Administration and Custody
• Support client requests, deliverables and issue resolution
• Monitor and respond to client inquiries promptly
• Assist in measuring Client Service Standards across BBH products
• Filter and escalate client requests as needed
• Utilize internal technology to manage and resolve inquiries
• Escalate issues to Client Service Supervisor as appropriate
• Ensure adherence to standard procedures and controls
• Develop knowledge in core functions such as Fund Accounting or Custody
