Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, seeks a hands-on Scientist – Functional Proteomics in Seattle, WA to drive MS-based proteomics research for drug-discovery programs. You will design quantitative experiments, develop workflows, and translate complex data into actionable biology alongside biology, computation, and chemistry teams.

Qualifications

PhD in proteomics, biochemistry, molecular biology or related field.
Hands-on mass spectrometry-based proteomics experience.
Strong experimental design and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Design and execute quantitative proteomics experiments for target discovery and validation.
Develop workflows for protein extraction, digestion, enrichment and MS analysis.
Collaborate with computational scientists to analyse datasets.
Integrate proteomics with genomic, transcriptomic and pharmacological data.
Present findings to cross-functional teams and contribute to publications.
