Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Recruiting Consultant to lead functional implementations for clients across the United States. You will configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud, design end-to-end recruiting and onboarding workflows, and guide clients through best practices and process improvements.

You will run workshops, translate requirements into functional specs, coordinate testing and deployment, and support adoption while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including configuration and implementation.
• Experience delivering full-cycle Oracle Cloud Recruiting implementations from requirements to post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows and best practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and guidance for clients.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and leading functional discussions with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, including non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional implementation of the Oracle Cloud Recruiting module aligned with client objectives and recruitment strategies.
• Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality to address client requirements and scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, and coordinate end-to-end recruiting and onboarding workflows.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and translate needs into specs.
• Advise clients on best practices and process design to improve efficiency and UX.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data flows.
• Lead client-facing discussions, presentations, and functional reviews throughout the project.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, training, and deployment activities for readiness and adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement resolutions during implementation and support.
• Maintain clear functional documentation and configuration records for long-term maintenance.
• Monitor progress with project teams and ensure deliverables meet requirements and timelines.
• Conduct client-site visits to support workshops and delivery as required.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the functional implementation of the Oracle Cloud Recruiting module, ensuring solutions align with client business objectives, operational requirements, and recruitment strategies.


• Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality to address client-specific requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.


• Design, develop, and coordinate end-to-end recruiting and onboarding workflows, including process orchestration and optimization.


• Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements, assess existing processes, and translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications.


• Advise clients on Oracle Recruiting best practices, recruitment process design, and opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.


• Collaborate with technical teams, integration specialists, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration, accurate data flows, and consistent solution delivery.


• Lead client-facing discussions, presentations, and functional reviews, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.


• Coordinate and support functional testing, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure system readiness and successful adoption.


• Troubleshoot functional issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions during implementation and post-go-live support.


• Maintain clear functional documentation, configuration records, and process specifications to support implementation quality and long-term system maintenance.


• Work closely with project teams to monitor progress, resolve functional challenges, and ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and timelines.


• Conduct client-site visits when required to support workshops, implementation activities, stakeholder engagement, or project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.


• Between 5 and 8 or more years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including functional configuration and implementation.


• Demonstrated experience delivering full-cycle Oracle Cloud Recruiting implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.


• Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding workflows, process orchestration, configuration options, and talent acquisition best practices.


• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions that meet client needs and support efficient recruitment operations.


• Experience facilitating client workshops, leading functional discussions, delivering presentations, and managing stakeholder expectations.


• Strong client-facing and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide practical recommendations.


• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex functional concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.


• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams in a remote environment.


• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as required.


• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and/or logistics environments is a significant advantage.


• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality implementations and continuous process improvement.
