Apex IT is seeking an Oracle ERP Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement. The role centers on designing scalable ERP solutions and leading Procure-to-Pay initiatives across enterprise processes.

You will translate business needs into architecture, drive integrations, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Remote or on-site work is supported, with travel as required by client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience, including significant Oracle Cloud ERP.
• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud Procurement and related ERP processes.
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP solution design and implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including purchasing, requisitions, receiving, invoicing, approvals, and supplier management.
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Cloud ERP, Procurement, and related Financials modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Define application configurations, integrations, extensions, reporting, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and third-party systems.
• Support testing, data conversion, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Ensure solutions align with Oracle Cloud best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Provide guidance on solution dependencies, risks, and impacts across ERP modules.

Work Location/Travel: Work is remote or on-site. Percentage of travel, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight, varies. This resource must be willing and able to travel as required by the customer project.

Job Summary:

Oracle ERP Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement, responsible for designing and delivering scalable solutions across enterprise resource planning and Procure-to-Pay processes. Provides solution architecture leadership across Oracle Cloud ERP, translating business requirements into effective solutions while aligning business processes, integrations, security, and enterprise architecture.

The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.
