Job summary

Cornerstones of Care is seeking a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Provider in Kansas City, MO. The role involves delivering FFT to children and families, with training and certification provided.

You will work autonomously within a busy outpatient team reporting to the FFT Clinical Manager; caseloads typically 10-14 families, with strong clinical support and scheduling flexibility. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and licensure—master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's degree and professional licensure preferred.
• Minimum 21 years old with background check, medical screening and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients and families with a strength-based approach and responsive outreach.
• Documents services and plans treatment per FFT model in the CSS system.
• Uses MyAvatar to manage confidential client information.
• Monitors progress and adjusts treatment phases as needed.
• Maintains fidelity to FFT model and phase system.
• Addresses core family issues contributing to referrals to ensure quality service.
