Job summary

ncgCARE is seeking a dedicated Mental Health professional to join our team as a Functional Family Therapist (FFT). You will work directly with youth and their families to deliver evidence-based treatment, conduct comprehensive assessments, and implement individualized plans that foster meaningful outcomes.

The role involves managing a caseload of 10–12 clients, coordinating with families and community systems, and maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• QMHP or Licensed Eligible (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, or LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessment including treatment outcomes and risk assessment.
• Carry a caseload of 10–12 clients.
• Engage the entire family unit in active change-oriented treatment.
• Implement treatment planning, intervention, and outcome review.
• Maintain clear documentation aligned with the FFT model and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure engagement and buy-in.
