Job summary

Cornerstones of Care in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Functional Family Therapy Provider to join our Clinical Outpatient team. You will learn and apply FFT, participate in ongoing FFT LLC consultation, and deliver services to youth and families to improve health, safety, and well-being.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in therapy or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engages clients and families with a strength-based relational focus and persistent outreach.
• Documents services and plans treatment using the FFT model in the CSS system.
• Uses MyAvatar to manage confidential client information.
• Provides FFT services for 10–12 families, primarily in-home weekly.
• Monitors progress and adjusts the treatment phase as indicated.
• Maintains fidelity to the FFT model using the phase system.
