Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Solar Project Manager to join our team in a fully remote role. You will own the full delivery lifecycle for utility-scale solar EPC projects, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services and Finance to hit scope, schedule and deliverables.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction or solar projects, with EPC or renewable energy exposure, and the ability to manage 10–15 projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in PM for commercial/industrial construction or utility-scale solar projects.
• Experience in EPC or renewable energy industry preferred.
• Track record of managing 10-15 projects concurrently.
• Experience with PV solar, Wind Energy, SCADA, Power Monitoring, or meteorological equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full delivery lifecycle as a service provider on utility-scale solar construction projects.
• Cross-department collaboration and serve as the key point of contact for clients in the EPC space.
• Manage project lifecycle from contract signature through commissioning, aligning scope, schedule and deliverables across Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Services and Finance.
• Review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, and system design documentation.
• Proactively provide accurate, timely information to internal departments.
