Job summary

Placing Faces is seeking an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to support a fully remote mortgage operation. You will research lenders, assess criteria, and prepare suitability reports to ensure clients receive accurate mortgage solutions.

The role emphasizes technical support, documentation, and efficient case preparation in a remote setting, collaborating closely with the Director. The ideal candidate has prior paraplanner or adviser experience, deep knowledge of mortgage products and lender

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Paraplanner or in a similar technical mortgage role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lender criteria.
• Experience preparing suitability reports and mortgage documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Research lenders, mortgage products and lending criteria to identify suitable options for clients.
• Compare mortgage products and assist with recommendations.
• Prepare suitability reports and supporting documentation.
• Support front-end mortgage case preparation.
• Manage meeting invitations, diary coordination and general administration.
• Provide proactive support to the Director and help improve daily processes.
