Placing Faces is recruiting a Commercial Mortgage Adviser for a fully remote role with a quarterly London office day. You will arrange commercial mortgages and specialist finance, working with high-value, complex lending across multiple property classes.

The position emphasizes building an independent pipeline while benefiting from mentoring and lender access. You will develop relationships with introducers, manage transactions end-to-end, and maximize uncapped earnings through a 65% residual

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial mortgages and commercial property lending required.
• Experience with specialist finance, bridging, development finance or complex buy-to-let will also be considered.
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, commercially driven approach with the ability to generate your own opportunities.
• Confidence managing complex transactions and working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Arrange commercial mortgages and specialist finance solutions for a range of clients.
• Work across commercial property, bridging, development finance, specialist buy-to-let and other complex lending.
• Build and maintain relationships with introducers and referral partners.
• Generate new business and develop your own pipeline and client base.
• Manage transactions from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Identify suitable funding solutions for complex, high-value cases.
• Work independently while benefiting from ongoing support and mentoring.
