Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Paralegal in financial services or related industry.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting legal teams or law firms.
• Familiarity with corporate governance and risk management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate litigation and regulatory matters in a regulated environment.
• Manage subpoena and civil investigative demand intake.
• Support contract lifecycle management and legal e-billing.
