Dynamite Recruitment is partnering with an independent, Chartered Financial Planning firm to recruit an experienced Paraplanner. Hybrid or remote working is available for those who enjoy the technical side of financial planning and delivering high-quality research.

You will work with Financial Planners to support tailored solutions for high-net-worth clients, ensuring advice is accurate, compliant and well-documented with cashflow modelling. The role offers £45,000–£55,000 plus a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
• Proven paraplanner experience within financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge for complex cases.
• Excellent report-writing and attention to detail.

Hybrid or Remote working + Bonus! An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, technically strong Paraplanner to join an independent, Chartered Financial Planning firm specialising in high-net-worth clients.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning, takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to continue developing their career within paraplanning rather than move into a Financial Adviser role.

You will work closely with Financial Planners to support the delivery of tailored financial planning solutions to high-net-worth clients, ensuring advice is technically accurate, well researched and compliant.

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendations.
• Researching and analysing financial products and investment solutions.
• Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases.
• Producing accurate cashflow modelling and financial planning analysis, where required.
• Ensuring recommendations meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Working closely with advisers and the wider team to deliver a high standard of client service.

About You We’re looking for someone who has:

• A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum.
• Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within financial services.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work on complex cases.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong report-writing skills.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage workloads independently.
• A genuine interest in developing their career as a Paraplanner.

Flexibility is a key part of this opportunity. The firm has 4 office locations and can offer hybrid working for those who enjoy a mix of office and home working.

For experienced Paraplanners, fully remote working is also an option. The existing team already includes fully remote Paraplanners, so this is an established way of working.
