Jobgether on behalf of a partner company is seeking an OWA Member Support Specialist based in the United States. The role encompasses coordinating operations, member support, and digital platforms to serve a global coalition of animal protection organizations.

You will manage mentorship programs, virtual training, and cross-functional initiatives while ensuring access to tools and resources for more than 80 member organizations worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage CRM systems, CMS, project management software, and digital communications tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, virtual events, and manage alliance inbox.
• Maintain and troubleshoot digital platforms (Salesforce, Strapi, Mailchimp, Vimeo, Slack, member website).
• Plan, deliver, and improve initiatives such as mentorship programs and Virtual Training Academy.
• Support grants, travel awards, and cross-functional initiatives; assist with due diligence and grant portals.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and knowledge resources across Google Drive and internal platforms.
• Design biannual member surveys and analyze data from Slack, newsletters, and the member site for insights.
• Prepare professional communications, newsletters, and event materials for global members.
• Identify operational and technical issues and implement improvements to processes and workflows.
