Job summary

Service Minds Llc in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to own day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and material organization for our Birmingham branch. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with a 6:30 AM–3:30 PM schedule and competitive benefits.

You will ensure accurate stock levels, timely replenishment for field technicians, and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, receiving, or logistics experience is required.
• Experience in managing and tracking inventory.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with inventory management systems.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Record inventory transactions accurately in the system.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Prepare outgoing materials and shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
