Service Minds is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Coordinator to join our Orlando-area operations. The role emphasizes inventory control, receiving, and material organization to support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians.

The candidate will own day-to-day warehouse activities, maintain accuracy, and ensure timely availability of parts. This full-time, on-site position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, receiving, logistics, or similar experience.
• Experience managing and tracking inventory.
• Experience receiving and verifying incoming materials.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong computer skills and comfort working within inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Confirm quantities and materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Accurately record inventory transactions within ServiceTitan.
• Organize and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Prepare outgoing materials, transfers, returns, and shipments.
• Ensure inventory is properly labeled, stored, and accounted for.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and communicate discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Help minimize lost, misplaced, or unaccounted-for materials.
• Monitor technician truck inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Help technicians locate required parts and equipment.
• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and availability.
