Job summary

OWL Services is seeking a highly organized Parts and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing parts and supplies with strong inventory management and record-keeping discipline.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field, proven experience in inventory control, and proficiency with inventory software and Excel. This is a long-term, on-site position with opportunities for growth and professional

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts coordination.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in parts tracking and documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify parts and supplies requirements.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of orders.
• Inspect parts for quality and condition upon request.
• Implement effective storage and labeling systems for easy retrieval of parts.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics.
• Work with management to identify cost saving opportunities in parts and warehouse operations.
