Job summary

Service Minds in Birmingham, AL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to take ownership of day-to-day operations, inventory control, receiving, and material organization for our local branch. The role supports HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians with the right parts and equipment, ensuring accurate counts and documented processes.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, stable pay, and opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory control, receiving, or logistics experience.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials and deliveries.
• Record inventory transactions in ServiceTitan.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Allocate materials to technician jobs and transfers.
• Maintain branch inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Help technicians by replenishing truck stock.
