This on-site, full-time role focuses on receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing parts while maintaining precise inventory records and coordinating across departments to meet parts requirements.

You will oversee warehouse operations with attention to detail and a commitment to safety, aiming to improve efficiency and cost savings while supporting our nationwide service and distribution

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience as Parts and Warehouse Coordinator or in inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in tracking parts and maintaining documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to identify parts and supply requirements.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy.
• Inspect parts and materials for quality and condition upon request.
• Implement and maintain storage and labeling systems for efficient retrieval.
• Coordinate shipping, delivery, and warehouse logistics.
• Maintain accurate parts tracking and inventory documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within parts and warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
