Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter to identify unusual activity and report it.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel with incident documentation.
• Support orderly movement of trucks, trailers, and personnel by observing traffic flow and reporting security concerns.
