Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include driver’s license, access control experience, customer service experience, and CPR/First Aid credentials.
• CPR certification and first aid familiarity are preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles and subject to background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees while following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location and surrounding perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations through site channels.
• Assist with access control, opening/closing duties, and protecting merchandise and property.
