Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, and background check and drug screen as applicable.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas and entrances.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor for unusual activity and policy violations, reporting observations through site channels.
• Assist with access control, opening/closing procedures, and protection of merchandise.
