Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Driver Patrol Medical Assistance in Columbus, OH. You will serve and safeguard clients in retail environments, conduct patrols, monitor entrances, and provide courteous customer service while deter­ring incidents.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license and offers a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, task-oriented manner according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail area and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious activity and policy violations.
• Document observations and incidents in accordance with reporting requirements.
